Froukje and David van Dartel celebrated their collaboration at Elliott Gallery
Froukje and David van Dartel celebrated their collaboration on the singer’s first album ‘Noodzakelijk Verdriet’ at Elliott Gallery.
Having worked together before, Froukje and David van Dartel traveled by boat back to her birthplace, Nieuwkoop, and sailed around the places of her youth. The photographs depict the typical Dutch landscape: waters, the reeds and endless fields.
The exhibition will be on view from 17th January to 3rd February 2024 at Elliott Gallery. David van Dartel will be present on the 20th and 27th January (13.00-18.00) to meet with visitors and talk about this new body of work and collaboration with Froukje.
The long-awaited album and the collaboration between Froukje and David van Dartel has been extendedly featured in the media, both local and international, such as Aesthetica Magazine, de Volkskrant, OOR, Het Financieele Dagblad and more.
